This education session is tailored for new graduates or those that want to discover how to best prepare for an interview. It also serves as a refresher course for individuals that have already been in the professional environment and are searching for a new career but have not interviewed for positions recently. Participants will learn insider information about the application process, tips and techniques on how to prepare and present for their interview, questions to expect from the organization, the salary negotiation process, and the best way to follow-up with the prospective employer after the interview is complete. It also includes a question-and-answer session for the attendees. Session length is approximately 2 hours.
This is a personalized one to one setting with an actual role-playing interview. Individuals are encouraged to come prepared to this session as though they are actually attending a real-life interview. A professional conversation will be conducted using modern day interviewing techniques. The participant is constructively critiqued and is provided with feedback at the completion of the interview. This session is highly recommended as a stand-alone or follow-up to the Interview Preparation Session. This session can be completed either in person (locally in the Northwest Arkansas area) or via a Zoom call.

If you are new to leadership or are interested in enhancing your current leadership skills, we will assist you in how to lead with confidence, gain the respect of your direct reports and peers, and teach you how to inspire and get the results you need from your team. Topics may include employee relations, conflict resolution, communication strategies and creative problem solving. Other topics can be covered in these sessions at the client's request.
