NWA Human Resources Consulting was founded by a seasoned human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the HR profession. Our story began with a passion for helping individuals, specifically those newer to the workforce succeed in the professional world. We saw a high demand for personalized results-driven interviewing and career consulting. We set out to create an organization that would meet this need with specific training and an individualized approach that is not readily available in the Northwest Arkansas area.

We offer consulting services including, but not limited to, resume review, interview preparation courses, individualized interview coaching, career counseling, along with leadership development guidance. Our founder has experience with assisting individuals that have held entry-level to executive-level positions.
Additionally, we offer general human resources consulting services for small to medium size organizations.
