Founder / Owner - Vanessa Harper

Vanessa has been a human resources professional for more than 25 years.  Throughout her career, she found her passion in the ability to make a difference in numerous individuals' professional lives through her ability to genuinely connect and communicate with people through an individualized approach.  Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, interviewing, recruitment and onboarding, compensation/salary negotiation, performance management, employee relations and engagement, workforce planning and leadership development. 

Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) which is the premier credentialing organization for the Human Resources profession. Vanessa is also a long-term member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Vanessa is committed to the area, and proudly serves on the Executive Board of the Children's Safety Center of Washington County.
